Property owners, landlords, agents, developers, and other authorized advertisers may submit property listings to KEJAPIN.

Users agree to use KEJAPIN responsibly and lawfully.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for all communication and transactions with potential tenants, buyers, or other interested parties.
You must not advertise properties that you do not own, manage, or have permission to represent.
KEJAPIN may remove listings or restrict accounts where there are reasonable concerns regarding ownership, authorization, fraudulent activity, misleading information, or violations of these Terms.
Users searching for properties are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any rental, purchase, lease, booking, or other agreement.
Before making a payment or signing an agreement, users should independently confirm matters including:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, KEJAPIN is not a party to transactions between property advertisers and users.
KEJAPIN does not automatically collect or process rent, deposits, purchase prices, booking fees, commissions, or other payments between users and property advertisers.
Users should exercise caution when requested to make payments and should verify the recipient and transaction details before sending money.
Any agreement, payment, booking, lease, sale, or other transaction entered into between users and advertisers is generally between those parties.
KEJAPIN does not guarantee that:

Property descriptions, photographs, videos, prices, contact details, and other information may be submitted by third-party users or advertisers.
KEJAPIN does not necessarily endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.
If you believe that a listing contains false, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading information, you may report it to KEJAPIN for review.
By submitting photographs, descriptions, property information, videos, or other content to KEJAPIN, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and publish that content.
You grant KEJAPIN permission to use, display, reproduce, format, and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the KEJAPIN platform.
KEJAPIN may remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
The KEJAPIN name, logo, website design, branding, graphics, software, text, and other original platform materials are owned by or licensed to KEJAPIN unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit KEJAPIN's intellectual property without prior written permission.
Property content submitted by advertisers remains the responsibility of the respective advertiser, subject to the rights granted to KEJAPIN under these Terms.
